Refunds

No refunds, no exceptions! Once you submit your order, it cannot be refunded or changed.
Only under exceptional circumstances, usually due to us determining your order has a high potential for fraud, we may issue you a refund.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@kwietny.com
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged if defective or damaged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

Exchanges only under the conditions specified below.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged and only if the items are defective or damaged. We must receive it within seven (7) business days of it being originally delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kwietny.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in the email.


Shipping

To return your product, you must first email us at support@kwietny.com in order to get an RMA Number. We will not process any exchanges without a valid RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


SHIPPING INFO

We strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. Please allow at least 5 - 7 business days processing time, plus 2 - 5 days shipping transit time; depending on where you live.

You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created.

We ship a majority of our orders via U.S. Postal Service, First Class Package Class for shipments under one pound. For orders over one pound, we primarily ship U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail. In addition, depending on the value of your order, we may ship your package whereby a Signature is Required.

PLEASE NOTE, IF AN ADULT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE AT TIME OF DELIVERY, WE SUGGEST YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE ASAP. AFTER A SECOND ATTEMPT IS MADE TO OBTAIN A SIGNATURE, YOUR ORDER WILL EVENTUALLY BE RETURNED BACK TO US.
THERE IS NO REFUND FOR SHIPPING CHARGES AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WHEN, AND IF, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO US.
