Samsung Galaxy Watch Not Connecting to Phone: 4 Ways to Fix It

Fix 1: Unpair and Pair Again Your Samsung Galaxy Watch

If the Samsung Galaxy Watch isn’t connecting to your phone, unpair and pair it again. This method resets the connection between your watch and phone.

Step 1: Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.

Step 2: Tap the three lines > Remove device.

Step 3: Select your Galaxy Watch > Remove all > Remove.

Once you have unpaired your watch, go through the setup process again to pair it with your phone.

Fix 2: Update Galaxy Watch Plugin

Outdated Galaxy Watch Plugin versions may cause connectivity issues between your watch and phone. Follow these steps to update it:

Step 1: Open Google Play Store and search for Galaxy Watch Plugin.

Step 2: If there is an update, select Update.

Restart your phone and try connecting your watch again.

Fix 3: Reinstall the Galaxy Wearable app

If your watch is still not connecting to your phone, try reinstalling the Galaxy Wearable app.

Step 1: Open Google Play Store and search for Galaxy Wearable.

Step 2: Tap on Uninstall > Install.

Upon reinstalling the app, launch it again and follow the setup procedure.

Fix 4: Reset the Watch to Factory Settings
