How to Find Saved Posts and Jobs on LinkedIn

  • Quickly find saved posts; look for the My Items section on the left side of your desktop screen or under your profile picture on mobile.
  • Find saved jobs; on desktop, it’s at the top right corner, while on mobile, it’s at the top of the homepage. Select Saved Jobs to view your saved opportunities.

How to Save a Job Search on LinkedIn

On Desktop

Step 1: Open LinkedIn in your preferred browser and go to Jobs at the top navigation bar.

Click on Jobs

Step 2: Search for the job title and location in the top search bar and click Search. Once you find the job you want or prefer, continue with the steps below.

Step 3: Click on the job you want to save and click Save on the right.

That’s it. You have saved a job on LinkedIn easily. If you have multiple jobs to save on LinkedIn, you must repeat the above steps. 

On Mobile

Step 1: Launch the LinkedIn app and go to Jobs from the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2: Search for the job title and location in the top search bar. Once you find the job you want or prefer, continue with the steps below.

Step 3: On the next screen, search for the job or choose from the suggested or recommended list, and tap on the bookmark icon to save the listing.

There you go. You have saved a job on LinkedIn, which you can access whenever you want.

How to Save a Post on LinkedIn

On Desktop

Step 1: Open LinkedIn in your preferred browser and navigate to the post you want to save.

Step 2: Click on the three-dot icon at the upper right corner, and from the menu, select Save

There you go. The post will be saved on your LinkedIn account.

On Mobile

Step 1: Launch the LinkedIn app, navigate to the post you want to save for later and tap on the three-dot icon at the top right.

Step 2: From the bottom sheet, choose Save.

Where to Find Saved Posts and Jobs on LinkedIn on Desktop?

Step 1: Open LinkedIn in your preferred browser and go to Jobs at the top navigation bar. You will be taken to the suggested and recommended jobs. 

Step 2: From the side pane, click on My Jobs.

Step 1: Launch the LinkedIn app > go to Jobs from the bottom navigation bar.

1. Can other LinkedIn users see the posts or jobs I have saved?

No, LinkedIn users cannot see the posts or jobs you have saved on your account. These saved items are private and can only be seen by you.

2. Can I organize or categorize my saved posts or jobs on LinkedIn?

LinkedIn does not provide a built-in feature to organize or categorize your saved posts or jobs into custom folders or categories. When you save a post or job, they are stored in a single My items section on your LinkedIn profile.

3. Can I export or download my saved posts or jobs from LinkedIn?

No, you cannot export or download your saved posts or jobs from LinkedIn. However, if you wish to record your saved posts or jobs, you can do so manually by taking screenshots or copying the relevant information and saving it in a document or note-taking app.
