How to Find Instagram Reels That You Saved or Liked

  • To see your saved reels, go to the Saved section on your Instagram profile and tap on the Reels tab.
  • In the Your Activity menu in Instagram settings, select the Likes option. Apply the Content Type filter and select Reels to see the Reels you’ve liked.
  • Additionally, if you’re searching for a Reel on your DMs, tap on the sender’s username in the chat and view all the content you’ve shared.

How to Find Saved Instagram Reels

On iPhone and Android

Step 1: Tap on your Profile tab at the bottom and select the three-bar menu icon at the top right.

Step 2: Tap on Saved and select All Posts on the next screen. Tap on the Reels tab to see all the saved Reels.

On Web

Step 1: Click on the hamburger menu at the bottom left and select Saved.

Step 2: On the next screen, click on All Posts to see your saved posts, including your Reels.

How to Find Liked Instagram Reels

On iPhone and Android

Step 1: Tap on your Profile tab at the bottom and select the three-bar menu icon at the top right.

Step 2: Tap on Your Activity and select Likes on the next screen. You will see all the content you liked on Instagram.

Step 3: To see only the liked Reels, tap on All Content Types and select Reels from the drop-down.

Additionally, you can use other filters to sort saved content by date, profile, etc.

On Web

Step 1: Click on the hamburger menu at the bottom left and select Your activity.

Step 2: In the next screen, click on Interactions and select Likes. You will see all the content you’ve liked, including your liked Reels.

How to Find Reels Sent via Instagram DMs

If you’re trying to find a Reel in your Instagram DM, you don’t have to scroll the chat endlessly. You can tap on the username on the chat to see all the content you’ve exchanged.

Here, you will see content in a grid view, which makes it easy to find a specific reel.
