How to Save Apple Notes as PDF on iPhone and Mac

How to Export iPhone Notes as PDF

Method 1: Save Notes to Files

Here’s how to use the Markup tool to save Apple Notes as PDF on your iPhone.

Step 1: Open the Note that you want to export as a PDF. Tap on the Share icon at the top right and select Save to Files.

Step 2: You can now select a location to save the PDF. Tap on Save to complete the process.

Method 2: Print a Note to Export as a PDF

Step 1: Select and open the Note to export as a PDF. Tap on the Share icon at the top right.

Step 2: Scroll up on the list of sharing options > select Print from the list.

Step 3: You will now be redirected to the Print Options page. Tap on the Share option again.

Step 4: Now, tap on Save to Files. You can now select a location to save the PDF. Tap on Save to complete the process.

Export Apple Notes as PDF on Mac

Step 1: Open the Note you want to export as a PDF document. Click on the File option on the toolbar.

Step 2: Now, click on Export as PDF from the drop-down list.
