Basic Fixes
- Use the same Kindle account: You should be using the same Amazon Kindle account on all your devices.
- Check Wi-Fi speeds: Check whether you have connected to a 5GHz Wi-Fi network, if you have a dual-band router. This will improve the speeds of syncing your data across Kindle devices.
- Update Kindle software version: Open Settings > Device options > Software updates. We also suggest updating the Kindle app on your android or iPhone.
