Basic Fixes
- Restart iPhone: If a bug on iOS is causing problems with the Files app, try restarting your iPhone.
- Check storage: The Files app has to index several files to show you all the directories. The process might get sluggish if you are running out of storage space.
- Check network connection: Ensure there are no problems with network connectivity on your iPhone so that backups to iCloud Drive aren’t affected.
- Update iPhone: Update your iPhone to the latest available iOS version for a bug-free experience.

Step 2: Tap on Cellular. Scroll down the list of apps, and ensure you have enabled the toggle for Files.

Step 3: Download and install the Files app using the link below :
Fix 4: Reset iPhone
If none of the above methods work, try resetting your iPhone. This resets any misconfiguration, causing the Files app to crash, or not work as expected on your iPhone.
Note: Resetting will revert all system-related settings and erase any saved Wi-Fi networks. Expect to spend some time reconfiguring your device afterward. However, you will not lose your data.
Go to Settings > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings.
