Fix 1: Enable Notifications in iPhone Settings
Ensure you haven’t disabled notifications for the Teams app in Settings.
In the Settings app, go to Notifications and select Teams. Turn on, and enable all the necessary toggles or settings.

Fix 2: Enable Notifications in Team Settings
Ensure you have enabled notifications using the settings menu present inside the Teams app.
Step 1: Open the Teams app, tap on your Profile Picture at the top right, and select Notifications.
Step 2: Visit each menu and enable the necessary settings to receive notifications. Further, ensure that you’ve enabled Sound or Vibration for notifications under the Alert with menu.

Fix 3: Enable Notifications for Channel
If you aren’t receiving notifications from a particular channel, here’s how to fix it.
Step 1: On the home page, select the Channel from which you aren’t receiving notifications. Now, select the channel again.
Step 2: Tap on the bell icon to open Notification settings for the channel. Enable notifications per your preference.
Fix 4: Disable Focus Mode
If you have enabled a Focus Mode, you might not receive notifications. Open the Control Center, and tap on the Focus Mode to turn it off.
If you want to receive notifications for Teams in Focus Mode, go to Settings > Focus > select the Focus Mode > Apps.
- To only receive notifications for Teams and disable it for all the other apps – select Allow Notifications From and add Teams to the list. You can add other apps as well.
- To receive notifications for all apps (including Teams) while you have enabled the Focus Mode – select Silence Notifications and do not add any apps to the list.
