Fix 1: Delete and Create the Live Sticker Again
If stickers are not working on your iPhone, you may try to delete and then create your Live Sticker again. Since this is a new feature, there might be some stability issues. So creating your sticker again can solve the issue.
Open the Messages app > Open the chat > Plus icon > Stickers > Long-press the Live Created sticker > Delete > Plus icon > Create our Live Sticker again.
Fix 2: Disable Low Data Mode
If you can’t send or receive stickers on your iPhone, we suggest disabling the Low Data Mode feature, which restricts internet bandwidth on your device. And stickers need better internet speeds to be sent smoothly in the Messages app. It is applicable whether you use Mobile Data or Wi-Fi on your iPhone.
Step 1: Open Settings > Wi-Fi > Info icon next to connected Wi-Fi name > Disable Low Data Mode.
Step 2: Go back and then tap on Mobile Service > Mobile Data Options > Data Mode.
Step 3: Finally, ensure that Low Data Mode is disabled.

Tip: Learn how to know if someone has blocked you on iMessage.
